Our way is to make it your way. Right in front of you. With fresh ingredients.
It’s so simple.
Our burgers are never frozen, and always cooked to order using 100% fresh certified Angus beef to ensure our customers the best tasting, juiciest burgers. Only 2% of all beef in the USA is good enough to make a Relish burger!
Likewise, each of our natural and fresh toppings are carefully chosen. We start with quality ingredients so that our customers can enjoy their new favorite burger.
Relish is all about our customers and serving great burgers in a fun, relaxing environment that leaves customers eager to come back. The vibe is chill, the music is playing, the people are fun, and your burger always meets your exact specifications. It’s perfectly fresh and perfectly yours.
Relish was founded in 2009 by Rob Roche, a serial entrepreneur and restaurateur. Rob’s journey began in 2002 when he decided to leave Canada and move to Gainesville, Florida to open the first Pita Pit franchise in Florida. The early days had some challenges as he opened and operated his restaurant with his franchisor a country away in Canada. But Rob’s Gainesville Pita Pit quickly established itself as the highest volume location in the system and became a model for other franchisees to follow.
As a retail space opened next to his Pita Pit in Gainesville, he added a smoothie bar and then a beer bar because they were good, complimentary businesses. This led to the inspiration for Relish and converting the space into a burger bar. Customers flocked to Relish, leading Rob to open three additional Relish locations in Gainesville, all within a three-mile stretch.
Now with the launch of our franchise program, we’re spreading the love to other cities.
